These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of id.untone.uk (the "site"). This site is owned and operated by Archie Williams.

The purpose of UNTONE ID is to provide an easy to use system to allow users to log in to a website, whether that be an UNTONE website, or one owned by an unaffiliated third party.
If you are a user, this to you is just a place you go through to log into many online services. On this site, you can set your user data, such as Username, Nickname, Profile Picture, Banner, and more.
Content available on our Site which is not published by Users is the property of Archie Williams. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
When you upload images to our website as a Profile Picture or Banner, other users will be easily able to access and view these images.
By uploading your images, you give us permission to do :
Use, copy, store, distribute, and communicate your content.
Monitor, modify, translate, and reformat your content.
Share these images with any third party.
Third parties commonly will display your Profile Picture and Banner on their website when signed in with an UNTONE ID, to do this they must request the images from our server.
On the Third party's server, the image may be modified, saved, logged, or more. We cannot control or limit what third parties do with this data, although if there is any obvious misconduct in line with our Third Party Application Terms and Conditions, please report it to us.
We will store all basic text content uploaded to UNTONE ID in plaintext. This includes but is not limited to Your Email, Your Username, Your Bio, and more.
Your password is securely stored and encrypted. For technical specifics, we use BCrypt.
Other people's content: Our services will provice you access to other people's content. You may not use this contnet without that person's concent, or as allowed by law. Keep in mind third party applications following our Third Party Applications Terms and Conditions are excempt to this rule.
Third party features and content: Our services primary function is to allow log-in for third party websites. We are not responsible for any content stored on this website, although if it does not follow our Third Party Application Terms and Conditions, please report it to us.
When using UNTONE ID, you must comply with all terms and applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and you must only use the services for authorized and acceptable purposes. Do not do, or try to do any of the following:
Don't use the services to do anything which is illegal.
Do not upload innapropriate or NSFW content to this site.
Don't use the services to harm Discord or other unrelated services.
You're free to terminate your account by deleting it from the Settings Page at any time. Keep in mind that any website you've used UNTONE ID to log in to will become inaccessible after this. This is not reversable.
Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspent or terminate your account without notice at our discretion for the following reasons:
Your account has been inactive for more than five years.
Allowing you to continue to use your account creates risk to UNTONE, third parties, or other users.
We believe reasonably that termination is nessecary to prevent harm to you, us, other users, or third parties.
You breach any of these terms, or any additional terms which apply to UNTONE-related services.
We're required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or court order.
We'll try to give a reasonable warning in advance when we can, and give you a reasonable chance to stop whatever it is you're doing wrong. We understand this account could be important for accessing many services.
